Individual psychotherapy for adults

My approach to therapy has been shaped by over 23 years of clinical experience. At its core is a person-centered, humanistic philosophy that honors each individual’s unique journey. My aim is to provide a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and be met with care and curiosity. Individual therapy is a collaborative process, and sessions are guided by what feels most important to you, with space to explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life transitions in a supportive, affirming environment. Therapy moves at your pace, with an emphasis on understanding, growth, and meaningful change. I see my role not as a director or judge, but to listen deeply, offer thoughtful insight and feedback, and support you as you develop greater understanding and self-compassion.

I consider it a privilege to work with you. The safety and comfort of the therapy space is deeply important to me, and I am intentional about creating an environment that feels safe and affirming— where you can show up as yourself and feel genuinely supported.

Video or phone sessions may not be the right fit for everyone. Many people find meaningful value in meeting in person in my office— sharing space and connecting through the subtleties of nonverbal communication. If you know that in-person therapy feels right for you, or if you’re simply open to exploring it at your own pace, you’re welcome to reach out. We can talk together about what feels most supportive and right for you.
